Insights Discovery
Insights Discovery is a psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung. It is based around a simple and memorable four colour model consisting of Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Cool Blue and Earth Green.
How is Insights Discovery useful?
Everyone has a combination of all four colours and the key is to understand your unique colour mix and how it may compare to others around you. When a person understands this, they can make choices about how they approach, communicate and work with others. As a result, this creates a positive impact on their relationships, productivity and outcomes.
